Refund Policy

As a freelance digital marketer, I strive to provide the best possible service to my clients. However, I understand that there may be instances where a client is not satisfied with the work delivered. In such cases, I offer the following refund policy:

  1. Refund eligibility: Refunds will only be provided in cases where the work delivered does not meet the agreed-upon project specifications or where there is a failure to deliver the work within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  2. Refund request: In order to request a refund, the client must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the work. The refund request must clearly outline the reasons for the request and include any relevant documentation or evidence.

  3. Refund process: Once a refund request has been received and approved, I will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  4. Refund amount: The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the extent to which the work did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or the failure to deliver the work within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  5. Non-refundable services: Please note that certain services, such as consultation and strategy development, are non-refundable.
